Meghna Nebhwani
Children’s Physiotherapist
Meghna is an experienced paediatric physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience supporting babies, children, and young people up to 18 years. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP).
Meghna currently works at Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist and also has experience working in private practice, giving her a broad understanding of paediatric care across both NHS and private settings.
She provides specialist physiotherapy for children with developmental delays, plagiocephaly, torticollis, hypermobility, balance difficulties, trips and falls, tiptoe walking, Osgood-Schlatter disease, low back pain, and scoliosis. She holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Paediatrics from University College London (UCL), focusing on evidence-based approaches and family centred care.
She offers clinic-based appointments on Saturdays, supporting families with flexible scheduling. Meghna is passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, and movement skills, using creative, tailored therapy programs that make physiotherapy practical, engaging, and effective.
Outside of work, Meghna enjoys running and going to the gym, and she is currently training for her first half marathon.
