Breanna is a Women’s Health Specialist who originates from Brisbane, Australia. She has completed the Australian Physiotherapy Association Women’s Pelvic Health Level 1-3 and Women’s Health Through The Life Stages courses.

Breanna has had many rewarding outcomes with her women’s health patients, helping them overcome pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, pelvic pain, all forms of incontinence, prolapse, pre and postnatal injuries, pregnancy related abdominal muscle separation, prevention of perineal tears during childbirth, improve scar tissue healing, and manage genitourinary syndrome of menopause.

For patients who have sustained a pelvic organ prolapse injury from childbirth or persistent constipation, Breanna provides a pessary fitting service. She uses a high grade silicone medical device to help with returning the pelvic organs to their original positions to reduce symptoms of back pain, heaviness and bulging.

As well as extensive background in Pelvic Health, Breanna also has vast experience treating headaches, cervicogenic dizziness, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. She also loves to use the reformer machine or matwork Pilates to get her patients active again, and has seen fantastic improvement using these approaches for the past 8 years.

Being a retired elite gymnast, Breanna is passionate about helping patients not just overcome, but thrive! She is committed to providing holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional and social needs of her patients.

Outside of work you can find Bre walking her gorgeous dog Eddie in Richmond Park with her Husband, adoring the deer, or upside down in a yoga studio.
