What Is Pelvic Girdle Pain?

Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, often shortened to PrPGP, is a frequent complaint among pregnant women. It is typically felt as pain in the hips, groin or thighs during activities such as climbing stairs, walking on sand or even turning over in bed.

Left untreated, the pain can grow in both intensity and disability as the pregnancy advances, which is why timely treatment matters.

How We Help

We combine immediate pain relief with exercises that address the underlying changes in how the pelvic joints are moving.

  • Support garments and braces to stabilise the pelvis.
  • Kinesiology taping for comfortable pain relief during daily activities.
  • Specific stability exercises that target the altered movement patterns linked to pelvic girdle pain.
