Support available

Rebecca provides evidence-based support and advice to help individuals meet their health and nutrition goals. Rebecca can help with:

  • Improving the quality and balance of your diet
  • How to eat to support your gut health
  • Healthy eating for all the family from weaning to the teenage years
  • Nutritional needs in women’s health (pregnancy, postnatal & perimenopause/menopause)
  • How to eat well following a plant-based diet or reducing your meat intake
  • Providing advice to support weight management

Approach

To ensure that Rebecca is the most suitable practitioner to support your needs she offers a free 10-minute discovery call. This provides you with the opportunity to ask any questions you might have and to determine if she can help you. If Rebecca is unable to support you she will try to provide an alternative contact.

Following the discovery call, and if Rebecca can support you, she will ask you to complete a questionnaire before the consultation. Rebecca will explore the information provided in more detail during the 60-minute consultation including asking more questions about your current health and dietary concerns, your goals and your medical history (including medications and supplements). She will also review your food and dietary habits and preferences, your lifestyle and the relationship you have with food. Rebecca’s approach focuses on maintaining a happy and healthy relationship with food rather than fad dieting.

What you will receive

Following the consultation, Rebecca will develop an action plan to support your goals and provide supporting information where required. Each action plan will be evidence-based and personalised to suit you and reflect your dietary preferences, lifestyle and medical background.

Follow up appointments

Rebecca recommends two 30-minute follow up consultations to review your progress and amend or add to the action plan if necessary. Further advice and support may also be provided at this time.
