Pilates is a method of exercise designed to help improve your body awareness, movement, and fitness with a blend of mobility, strength, balance, breathing and coordination training.

Mat Classes: aimed to incorporate all elements of Pilates to strengthen and challenge the body. Exercises will be modified to ensure they are the right level for you. Our classes our taught in a fun yet effective way to challenge your body and improve muscle imbalances, postural control and functional movement.
