Mike Lambert

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Michael is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist who graduated from St George’s University, London.

He has worked in both the NHS and private sectors and has extensive experience in treating all musculoskeletal conditions. He relies on accurate diagnosis and a holistic ‘patient centred’ approach to management. He possesses a wide range of clinical skills including acupuncture, soft tissue work, joint manual therapy, taping, strength and conditioning training.

Michael has also worked in the field of elite sport and has had a long affiliation with the Great Britain Kayak team. He is able to provide astute biomechanical assessments and treatment, in order to achieve individualised rehabilitation and injury prevention plans. Having competed at international level himself, he knows exactly what is required to reach the top!

Michael recently completed his postgraduate studies in Psychology from the prestigious University College London, achieving first class honours. This has enabled him to gain an in-depth understanding of pain science and the psychosocial factors that contribute to it.
