James Corrall

Sports Rehab Therapist & Massage Therapist

James graduated from St Mary’s University, Twickenham with an MSc in Sports Rehab Therapy and is registered with the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Therapists (BASRaT). Since qualifying, he has worked across a wide variety of clinical settings across Central and South-West London.

As well as his primary role as a sports rehabilitator, he also utilises his skills as a sports massage therapist to help optimise recovery.

James has always had a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning, having previously provided support to university athletes whilst studying a BSc in Sports Science at Brighton University. In the early stages of his career, he also worked as a personal trainer helping his clients to become stronger and more athletic as well as those managing chronic pain conditions. He is a regular volunteer at various running/sports events such as the London Marathon where he provides sports massage and injury prevention advice to athletes of all abilities and ages.

In his spare time, he enjoys Olympic Weightlifting and is slowly incorporating CrossFit workouts into his training routine.
