Victoria is ‘Body Control Pilates’ trained and teaches a more classical method of Pilates.

Originally, a personal trainer Victoria was introduced to Pilates 12 years ago after developing Rheumatoid Arthritis. It improved the mobility issues associated with her arthritis dramatically, it changed her life so she embarked on a full-time career in Pilates.

Victoria teaches mat and small equipment classes at Richmond Physiotherapy and The Richmond Pilates Studio. She also teaches private 1:1 sessions on the bigger more remedial studio based equipment at and Prana Wellbeing in Kensington.
