Joe graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2010 with Class 1 honours in BSc Physiotherapy. He has since worked in the NHS and private practice specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Joe has a wide range of experience in the rehabilitation of both recreational and elite athletes. He is currently 1stXV physiotherapist at Rosslyn Park Rugby Club and provides International physiotherapy cover for British Canoeing, travelling with Team GB to Junior and U23 World and European Championships.

His other areas of special clinical interest include: Shoulder girdle and upper limb management, Spinal dysfunction, Lower limb and Running Biomechanics, hip and groin injuries and ‘return to sport’ rehabilitation.

Joe has embraced the most up to date advances in treatment as he continues his MSc in Advanced Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. His aim is to optimise recovery, helping people to achieve their goals.

Outside of work Joe enjoys golf, cricket and running.
